I’m Kollár Roman, professional wrestler and coach, and I competed at the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta. I combine elite-level wrestling experience with modern training methods to help you build strength, endurance, technique, and confidence - whether you’re preparing for competition or improving your fitness.
I design personalized, results-driven programs that push you safely to your limits, while keeping training exciting and motivating. Training with me means learning from a TOP wrestler, improving faster, and achieving goals you didn’t think possible.
